gsaWe’ve celebrated a lot of milestones in BRODY Professional Development’s 30+ years in business, and we are still celebrating another: earning contract number GS-02F-188AA on the GSA Schedule.

If you’ll allow me a brief moment of patriotism, it’s an honor to be able to present professional development programs to U.S. government and military agencies, various state entities, and other organizations approved for GSA Schedule business.

What happens when your presentation fails, or your e-mail is misunderstood, or your team isn’t effectively communicating or listening?

It doesn’t matter if you work at a computer technology firm or a federal agency, the end result is the same: chaos, conflict and much more.

I believe in the power and effectiveness of BRODY’s professional development offerings to create growth, enhance productivity and job fulfillment, and encourage initiative and leadership. I’ve seen the beneficial results in people’s careers and lives over and over.

We’re truly excited to offer more than 20 BRODY programs for GSA eligible organizations. (If you are unsure of your eligibility to work with GSA Schedule contractors like BRODY, you can get more information about eligibility on the GSA site.)

The General Services Administration (GSA) is an independent agency of the U.S. government, which was established in 1949 to supply products and communications for U.S. government offices, provide transportation and office space to federal employees, and develop government-wide cost-minimizing policies, among other tasks. They establish long-term government-wide contracts with commercial firms to provide access to millions of commercial products and services at volume discount pricing.

BRODY’s GSA Schedule programs run a wide gamut of professional development options, including six training offerings on presentation power, 10 courses in the relationship management area, and five other programs dealing with business communications such as facilitation and meeting effectiveness and writing for impact. BRODY also offers GSA-eligible organizations one-on-one skills coaching and keynote/workshop presentations. Our programs are interactive, practical, customizable to the needs of your organization or department, and most of all, time tested and proven.

Here’s a perennial principle that BRODY facilitators teach in many of our training programs … it doesn’t matter whether it’s a staff meeting, presentation or job interview.

Remember these 8Ps to help you succeed in the workplace, no matter what your job title is or will be:

Prior & Proper Planning, Preparation & Practice Prevent Poor Performance.

If you are a GSA-eligible business looking for a performance-related boost for your team members, we’d be honored if you would consider BRODY for your training and development needs!
